Privacy policy
Last updated October 10, 2026
This policy explains what CK Global AI ("CrowdPipe", "we") collects when you use crowdpipe.co and the CrowdPipe service, why, and what your choices are. It covers two groups of people: customers who run funnels, and audience members who take part in them.
1. If you are an audience member
When you scan a presenter’s code and answer questions, the presenter (our customer) is collecting your information using CrowdPipe. They decide what to ask and how to follow up. We process that information on their behalf.
- What is collected: your first name, your poll and scorecard answers, and, if you choose to enter it, your email address and optional details such as last name, company, company size, and job title. We also store a browser cookie so your phone stays connected to the event, and basic technical data (IP address, device type) in server logs.
- Why: to show live results on the big screen (always aggregated, never with your name), to compute and send you your personal results, and to give the presenter the leads they asked for.
- Who sees it: the presenter and their workspace. We do not sell it or use it for our own marketing.
- Your choices: entering your email is optional. To access, correct, or delete your information, contact the presenter first, since they control it. You can also write to us at support@crowdpipe.co and we will pass the request on and help fulfil it.
2. If you are a customer
- Account data: your name, email, workspace name, and password (stored hashed by our authentication provider).
- Billing data: handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and your plan status, not your card number.
- Content: the funnels, copy, questions, images, logo, and brand colors you set up, and files you upload to the AI features.
- Usage data: server logs and product analytics needed to run and improve the service and to alert us when something breaks during your event.
- Emails from us: transactional messages about your account, billing, and service status. We do not send marketing email without your consent.
3. If you are a partner
- Partner program: if you apply or become a partner, we use your name, email address, and referral activity to run the program. Payout and tax details are collected and held by Stripe, not by us.
4. Service providers (subprocessors)
We use a small number of providers to run CrowdPipe. Each is bound by contract to protect your data and process it only on our instructions.
- Vercel (hosting and application logs), United States.
- Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), United States (us-east-2).
- Resend (transactional email delivery), United States.
- Stripe (payments), United States.
- Upstash (rate limiting), United States.
- Anthropic (AI features: funnel drafting, brand matching, copilot). Inputs are used only to generate the response and are not used to train models.
We will update this list before adding a provider that processes customer data.
5. Retention
- Customer data stays in your workspace for as long as you keep your account. You can delete individual leads, events, or talks at any time.
- When you close your account we delete your workspace, including all audience data, within 30 days. Backups roll off within a further 30 days.
- Files you upload to the AI features (decks, brand guidelines) are processed and discarded; they are not stored. Logos and photos you upload for your funnel are stored until you remove them.
- Server logs are kept for up to 30 days.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest by our providers. Each customer’s data is isolated in the database by workspace and enforced with row-level security. Access to production systems is limited to the people who operate the service. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your data we will notify you without undue delay.
7. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie for signed-in customers and partners, and a session cookie that keeps an audience member’s phone connected to a live event. If you arrive through a partner’s referral link, we store a cookie for up to 90 days so the partner gets credit if you sign up. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Customers can exercise these rights directly in the product or by writing to us. Audience members should contact the presenter first, and can contact us for help.
9. International transfers
Our providers are located in the United States. Where data originates elsewhere, transfers rely on the providers’ standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
10. Children
CrowdPipe is a business tool and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
11. Changes and contact
We will post updates here and, for material changes, notify customers by email. Questions or requests: support@crowdpipe.co. See also our terms and data processing agreement.
